It's reasonably large trendy boutique hotel, everything is awesome here. The staff is wonderful, and the owner too. The location of the venue in Coeur d'Alene is unbeatable and awesome, just next door to downtown, parks and all the main activities in town. For lunch or dinner go to Franklin's Hoagies, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this charming hotel. The location was ideal, just a short walk from downtown restaurants and shops. The room was cozy and comfortable, with lovely Christmas decor and a plate of cookies as a welcoming touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. The grounds were beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and a fire pit for cozy evenings.
The pillows were not very comfortable, leaving us with a stiff neck in the morning.

We stayed at The Roosevelt Inn for our first B&B experience and discovered we prefer hotels with TVs in the room and more space overall. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and tastefully furnished. The converted school building is well-maintained and offers a unique ambiance. The convenient location near the tourist area provides convenience without the noise. The hosts made us feel at home and the welcome drinks were a nice touch. We followed their restaurant recommendation and were not disappointed. The historical significance of the schoolhouse was a special touch.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
